ACE offers diesel engine driven trailer mounted shotcrete pumps with various capacities and grain handling ability for applications such as swimming pool construction, bridge repairs, slope stabilization, mining applications, piling works, tunnel construction, thermal insulation, refractory works and many other refurbishing works.
These shotcrete pumps facilitate concrete projection through a nozzle at high velocity with the aid of an air of air compressor onto surfaces reinforced by conventional steel rods, steel mesh or fibers. Concrete placed by this method is compact and offers flexibility in terms of concrete placement on any type or shape of surface, which includes vertical and overhead areas which would otherwise be impossible.
